Ingredients
- Bell Peppers: 4 large, halved and seeds removed (any color)

- Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bell Peppers
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the halved bell peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
